Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services to develop and execute the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will own the full sales cycle, engage with operators and drilling contractors, and deliver value through technical and commercial excellence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and long-term growth, coordinating with operations, engineering, and product lines to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
