Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, and work with operators and internal teams to deliver value.

You will build relationships with major operators, present technically compelling proposals, and push cross‑sell across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data, drilling KPIs and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement.
• Excellent communication, translating technical value into commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews and post‑well analyses.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts and CRM data.
