Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong operator relationships to deliver high-value drilling solutions.

Role requires extensive experience in directional drilling and MWD/LWD, with a proven ability to translate technical data into commercial value and pursue long-term growth.

Formación

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors or RSS
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPI knowledge
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex).
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities (bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS).
• Support tender submissions, commercial models and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipelines and forecasts.
