Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own end-to-end Google accounts, from strategy to execution and client updates, with a focus on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS and a data-driven approach.

You will lead client calls, present plans, and defend optimization decisions while coordinating with the team on feed, landing pages, and tracking. This is a high-ownership, results-driven position.

Qualifications

• Experience managing DTC/eCommerce ad accounts with measurable results.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and outcomes directly.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Analyze PMax performance and attribution, separating branded vs non-branded effects.
• Own feed hygiene and product data in Merchant Center for Shopping/PMax.
• Build or deploy landing pages and tracking improvements as needed.
• Communicate clearly in English with clients during US Eastern hours.
