Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, presenting results, plans, and rationale with accountability for outcomes. You will own the whole funnel—from feed and Merchant Center to Landing pages and tracking.

You’ll optimize for NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, manage brand vs. non-brand separately, and work across GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations.

Qualifications

Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and ecommerce.
Fluent English and client-facing communication.
Ownership of accounts end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client’s direct contact.
Audit overtake accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with different targets.
Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs. non-branded volume.
Keep Google’s automation on a leash and audit auto features.
Own the feed (Merchant Center hygiene, titles, disapprovals, promotions).
Own the tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify imports).
Diagnose bottlenecks and build necessary assets (landing pages, scripts, reporting).
Build things the account needs to remove constraints; be comfortable with AI.
