Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC and eCommerce brands from a remote location. You will directly manage client relationships, present plans and results, and defend your decisions based on NC-CPA and NC-ROAS principles.

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts comprehensively before touching anything: structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report them separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded from non-branded volume.
• Keep Google's automation under control by auditing auto-recommendations and assets.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, disapprovals, promotions.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, and offline conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix at the source: creative, offers, landing pages, checkout, tracking.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints and scale.
