Iron Systems, Inc seeks a Desktop Support Specialist to manage desktop devices, incidents, and VIP desk-side issues at our Neuquén site. You will handle hardware/software configuration, patching, and lifecycle maintenance for field users, ensuring secure and compliant setups.

The role requires strong Windows 7 experience, familiarity with AD, VPN, and remote support tools, and knowledge of ITIL processes. On-site duties include Mac support as a plus and coordination with the service management

• Experience with Windows desktop support and incident management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Desktop Devices incidents through to resolution.
• Provide VIP desk-side support and be the site contact when needed.
• Ensure desktop images and software are up to date across devices.
