Oracle is seeking a Datacenter Services Operations professional to support break/fix and hardware maintenance, network configuration, and high-availability systems. You will mentor technicians, enforce SOPs/MOPs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain resilient data center environments.

You will monitor tickets, validate connectivity, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with corporate objectives and site rules at customer locations and offices.

Formación

• Experience in data center operations or hardware maintenance.
• Ability to mentor technicians.
• Knowledge of SOPs/MOPs and site rules.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with network configurations and cabling.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for others to work with servers and hardware to improve lifecycle performance.
• Coach technicians on UPS and hardware replacement without disturbing critical infrastructure.
• Guide technicians on network configurations and sign-off on client setups.
• Validate cabling and connectivity within the environment.
• Monitor and assign work in the ticketing system and document resolutions.
• Ensure SOP/MOP compliance and site rule adherence during tasks.
• Train on data center change control processes.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors to test installations.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce incidents.
