Oracle is seeking a seasoned Data Center Operations specialist to support Break/Fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration across datacenter environments. You will identify opportunities for upgrade work, mentor technicians, and ensure SOPs/MOPs are followed while maintaining high availability and security.

Responsibilities include guiding teams on power distribution units, validating cabling and connectivity, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring SLAs are met.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies opportunities for others to replace or upgrade server components and main hardware to ensure efficient lifecycle performance.
• Guides and coaches less experienced technicians on power distribution units and replacement hardware, without disturbing critical infrastructure.
• Validates cabling and connectivity, ensuring devices are connected and error-free in client environments.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing systems, mentoring staff and implementing technical solutions to meet SLAs.
• Ensures SOPs and MOPs are followed, aligns with site rules and vendor requirements during on-site tasks and data center operations.
• Leads collaboration with project teams and vendors to test installations and validate electrical/mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures.
