Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or technical infrastructure.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on with server hardware, cabling, power, and cooling.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor PO's.
• Proficient in ITSM tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk.
• Able to manage and develop a small technical team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for client accounts across the project lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments, report delivery status, and handle escalations.
• Own full ticket lifecycle in ITSM tools; track multi-workstream projects.
• Oversee datacenter ops: on-site and remote hands, cabling, power, cooling.
• Review work orders for technical accuracy before delivery.
• Coordinate procurement, lead times, and RMA logistics with vendors.
• Ensure safety, change management, and access protocols; mentor juniors.
• Track budgets, approve change orders, validate vendor invoices.
