Job summary

Syneos Health Argentina S.A. seeks a Technical Project Manager for Data Center operations, primarily remote. You will own client engagements, manage full ticket lifecycles, and coordinate across hardware deployment, cabling, power, cooling, and remote hands. Strong ITSM tooling experience is required.

You will lead onboarding, scope calls, and technical reviews, ensuring SLA adherence and clear client reporting while mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or related field.
• Direct client-facing technical experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling, power distribution.
• Proficiency with ITSM tooling (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Experience owning budgets or vendor purchase orders.
• Proven ability to develop a small technical team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments and report delivery status.
• Own ticket lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow, close with clear documentation.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment.
• Maintain a live project dashboard for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work (rack/stack, cabling, power, cooling).
• Review and validate work orders for technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement and RMA logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, change management, and access protocols.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
