Job summary

7257 Syneos Health Argentina S.A. seeks a Technical Project Manager for Data Center with remote work options. You will own client projects from kickoff to close, coordinate multi-stream activities, and ensure technical accuracy in all artifacts.

You will manage tickets in ITSM tools, track budgets, and lead a small remote/on-site team while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or technical infrastructure.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling, and power.
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or equivalent ITSM tooling.
• Experience owning budgets, SOWs, or vendor PO's.
• Proven ability to lead a small technical team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts through lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Manage SLAs, report delivery status, and handle escalations directly.
• Own full ticket lifecycle in ITSM tools; create, assign, prioritize, close tickets.
• Oversee datacenter ops: server, cabling, power, cooling, safety compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, lead times, and RMAs.
• Track budgets, review invoices, and assist in quotes/SOWs.
