Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for Latin America to support our remote talent ecosystem. You will respond to inquiries, triage issues, and collaborate with product teams to improve the platform.

This contract role requires strong English, SaaS support experience, and the ability to debug modern web apps (React/Node/Flask). Remote work from LatAm is encouraged, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting customers on web applications.
• Experience using a SaaS-based support platform (Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, Crisp).

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests from Mercor’s talent pool applying for roles on our platform.
• Triage and investigate issues by examining telemetry data, network requests, and browser troubleshooting.
• Consolidate insights and recommend product improvements.
• Create talent-facing documentation for common questions in the support queue.
• Maintain enthusiastic, professional English in replies.
