Assurant, Inc. in Buenos Aires seeks a people-focused Supervisor to lead the Renters Solutions Customer Care team. You will oversee daily operations, coach representatives, manage escalated customer situations, and ensure productivity, quality, and service standards are consistently achieved.

This role emphasizes developing talent, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver outstanding customer experiences and measurable business results.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience, including coaching and development.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday.
• Occasional Saturday support, about once per quarter.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, develop, and engage Customer Care Representatives to meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.
• Manage day-to-day operations and adjust staffing based on workflow volumes.
• Communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching.
• Handle escalated customer situations professionally as SME for the team.
• Review reports to identify trends and opportunities to reduce escalations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and skill development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on priorities and process improvements.
