Assurant Services Argentina, S.A. is seeking an Associate Operations Analyst to support client onboarding for the Renters business.

You will configure information across systems, coordinate with Business, Operations, and IT, test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure accurate production launches. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop skills across operations, systems, testing, analytics, and stakeholder

Qualificações

• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience in operations, implementation, production support, business analysis, systems support, QA, or related environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with US-based and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment.
• Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Ability to learn new systems, applications, processes, and technical concepts quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end onboarding of clients and communities from request intake through production launch.
• Review onboarding requests and configure community and client information across internal systems.
• Manage tickets, priorities, and deliverables while meeting SLAs and escalating risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform user acceptance testing, regression testing, and peer reviews to support high-quality launches.
• Troubleshoot service issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation and onboarding reporting for leadership.
• Participate in daily team activities and continuous-improvement initiatives.
