Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading operational teams in supervisor or equivalent roles.
• Experience managing productivity, quality, KPIs, and SLAs in processing/financial services.
• Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Leads and Processing staff for operational excellence.
• Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and SLAs; drive improvements.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions with team members.
• Manage workload distribution and capacity to meet client commitments.
• Analyze trends and performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to report results and strategic priorities.
• Lead change management and growth initiatives; ensure compliance with policies.
