Assurant Services Argentina, S.A. seeks a Supervisor to lead the Capability Center Operations for GCC Global Home IT. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive quality and productivity, and coach a team to meet client SLA targets while developing talent.

You will partner with global stakeholders to deliver compliant, cost-effective operations and support Assurant’s strategic objectives in Argentina. The role requires strong leadership, HR policy understanding, and cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• Two or more years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, customer service, retail banking or hazard insurance processing is desirable.
• Good verbal and written communications skills, analytical skills.
• Understanding of human resource policies and procedures.
• Well developed interpersonal skills promoting team participation with assigned staff.
• Motivational methods to improve and develop assigned staff.
• Ability to engage co-workers and peers in cross-functional teams.
• Multi-task and perform to multiple goals/objectives.
• Soft Skills: able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and client compliance goals.
• Able to make quick decisions even when not all information is at hand.
• Able to think creatively and implement process improvements.
• Be a motivator.

• Manages day to day operations ensuring associates quality and productivity are up to standard.
• Leads performance conversations with associates.
• Creating short/long term goals for his/her work group.
• Coaches for performance and communicates department performance appropriately.
• Manages communication with leadership and peers clearly and proactively.
• Maintains stakeholders in the loop of challenges, opportunities and operational success.
• Manages change within the group.
• Works with local managers proposing action plans to drive operational gains and improvements.
• Enforces all corporate/operational/departmental policies and values.
• Provides coaching and direction to all associates to promote improvement.
