Placements24 is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team in a hybrid role in Sandton, Gauteng. You will design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

You will conduct market research, analyze data, ensure regulatory compliance, and present trends to leadership. This role offers strategic impact, collaboration with payroll, and opportunities for professional growth in a leading organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in compensation and benefits.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation survey data.
• Knowledge of South African labour laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the company's compensation structure, including salary ranges, job evaluations, and incentive programs.
• Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits legislation and regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits trends and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll processing and total rewards strategy.
