Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in the IT sector.
• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements.
• Experience with various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in using tools for process modeling and documentation (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for IT projects using various methodologies (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for software development teams.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and data models to represent system functionality.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies.
