Assurant is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for its GCC team to lead compensation programs and partner with HRBPs and business leaders. The role covers market benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay decisions with a hybrid work arrangement in Argentina.

You will develop analyses, dashboards, and reports to support executive decision making and ensure equitable pay across regions. The position requires strong Excel skills, experience in compensation, and fluent English communication, with

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of Compensation, Total Rewards, or related experience.
• Experience with compensation analysis, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
• Ability to communicate compensation insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, incentive programs, communications, reporting, and execution.
• Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, job evaluation, and job pricing to support competitive and equitable pay decisions.
• Partner with HRBPs, managers, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready analyses, reports, dashboards, and presentations that support compensation-related decision making.
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning initiatives, compensation transformation efforts, and process improvements.
• Participate in compensation projects such as M&A integration, compensation governance, pay equity, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions, including APAC, to support business priorities and compensation initiatives.
