Assurant is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join its Global Compensation team in Argentina. This role focuses on data-driven insights, market-informed recommendations, and contributing to Total Rewards initiatives to attract, retain, and reward talent across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related field.
• Experience conducting compensation analysis, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compensation analyses and develop recommendations to support talent and business decisions.
• Perform job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking activities to maintain competitive compensation practices.
• Support annual compensation programs, including salary planning processes and related reporting.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide compensation guidance and consultation.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports for leadership and executive audiences.
• Contribute to compensation transformation initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Support pay equity and pay transparency programs through analysis and project participation.
