• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with compensation data, market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary analysis, or compensation surveys.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including organizing, validating, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compensation analyses and prepare data-driven insights to support talent and business decisions.
• Assist with job evaluations, market pricing, benchmarking, and salary structure reviews.
• Support annual compensation programs, including salary planning, data validation, process coordination, and reporting.
• Participate in pay equity, pay transparency, compensation transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
