Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin of Argentina. The role focuses on developing and executing the commercial strategy, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering high-quality service with cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in directional drilling and related tech, with strong relationships to operators and a track record of driving technical sales cycles and value-based proposals.
Formación
- 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
- Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
- Experience with operators in shale basins, preferably Vaca Muerta.
- Able to drive technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors to demonstrate service value.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
