Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services to drive the commercial strategy and sales in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with operators, and deliver technical value through presentations and post-well analysis.

You will collaborate with operations and engineering to ensure service quality, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to tender submissions and contract renewals across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD,

Formación

• At least 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins (Vaca Muerta preferred).
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement.
• Excellent communication to translate technical info into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to show value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
