Baker Hughes seeks a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta region. The role focuses on developing commercial strategy, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering technical value to operators through data-driven presentations and tailored solutions.

The successful candidate will collaborate across operations, engineering, and product lines, pursuing cross-sell opportunities and ensuring service quality and compliance with HSE standards.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
