Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators to deliver value through technical and commercial excellence.

The role requires a strong background in directional drilling, MWD/LWD or RSS, and proven ability to influence engineering and procurement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors or RSS optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations and product lines to ensure service quality.
