Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. This role drives the commercial strategy, manages the full sales cycle, and builds relationships with major operators while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions.

The incumbent will deliver technical presentations, support tenders, and identify cross-sell opportunities, ensuring service excellence and compliant operations across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPI experience.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex).
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to showcase service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
