Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, own the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with key operators and drilling contractors to deliver high-value solutions.

You will present technical value, collaborate across functions, and seek cross-sell opportunities while ensuring HSE and company standards are met.

Qualifications

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol and Capex, and with drilling contractors.
• Delivering technical presentations, performance reviews and post-well analyses to show service value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD and RSS.
• Supporting tender submissions, commercial models and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts and customer intelligence within CRM systems.
• Ensuring compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
