Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with major operators and drilling contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPI knowledge.
• Experience with operators in shale basins (e.g., Vaca Muerta) and other basins.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to show service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across components and systems.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
