You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and cultivate relationships with operators and drilling contractors, delivering technical value and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins (Vaca Muerta preferred).
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical data into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analyses.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
