Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators and contractors to deliver high‑value solutions.

In this role you will translate technical value into commercial outcomes, collaborate with operations and product lines, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data while ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in shale basins is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build relationships with key operators and drilling contractors; deliver technical presentations and post‑well analyses.
