Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling or related field.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical value into commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals; maintain accurate CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
