Baker Hughes is seeking a seasoned Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong relationships with operators and contractors while delivering compelling technical presentations.

The role requires a minimum of ten years in directional drilling or related fields and a proven ability to translate technical detail into business value.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins like Vaca Muerta is preferred.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and translate technical info into commercial value.
• Proven stakeholder influence across engineering and procurement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across XDially related systems.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models and renewals to win long-term business.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts and customer intelligence in CRM.
