AgileEngine is a fast-growing software provider with a people-first culture and award-winning teams. This role leads the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment, owning AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, and data pipelines.

You will mentor engineers, drive platform resilience, and align IaC, CI/CD, and observability with business needs while participating in escalation and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in cloud/platform engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Deep AWS production environment expertise, including security and networking fundamentals.
• Advanced Kubernetes and EKS experience with workload deployment and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with Argo Workflows or comparable orchestration for production data workloads.
• IaC experience, preferably Terraform, plus CI/CD and release automation.
• Strong observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident routing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability and end-to-end operations of the managed Data Platform on AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Snowflake, S3.
• Lead transition to managed services, including discovery, risk ID and knowledge transfer.
• Define cloud architecture principles, IaC standards, CI/CD, and release practices.
• Provide leadership for AWS infra, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, and production reliability.
• Translate needs into technical requirements and a continuous-improvement backlog.
• Guide cross-platform decisions on Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and data pipelines.
• Lead major incidents with cross-functional coordination and post-incident actions.
• Ensure changes have review, validation, rollback planning and traceability.
