Conciliac is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help clients adopt the Conciliac platform, guiding onboarding and the technical adoption of our data reconciliation solution. It’s an ideal role if you come from an IT or software implementation background.

You will install and configure the solution for clients, provide first-level support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation experience.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows and SQL Server.
• Educational background in IT, computer science or related fields.
• Experience in software implementation or technical support is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• English proficiency is desirable but not mandatory.
• Junior to Semi-Senior profile with 1-2 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Implement Conciliac’s solution for clients, from installation to initial configuration.
• Provide first-level technical support and guide clients in using the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to installation, connectivity and application usage.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive implementation experience.
