IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM (Remote). You will lead the monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads to achieve project objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs and practices.

Responsibilities include oversight of global projects, resource management, development of analytics strategies, and ensuring audit-ready documentation. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project/clinical leads to ensure delivery per contract.
• Oversee clinical deliverables, manage resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring staff).
• Develop study analytics strategy and RBM tools; monitor study metrics and risk.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
