IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM in a remote role. You will partner with project and clinical leads to drive delivery while optimizing speed, quality and cost, adhering to IQVIA SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include leading the monitoring team, managing global project resources, developing analytics strategies, and ensuring audit-ready documentation. Mentoring junior staff is also expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Manage project resources including CRAs, Central Monitors, and Clinical Trial Assistants.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and develop RBM tools and templates.
• Ensure complete, audit-ready documentation and eTMF oversight for studies.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and support continuous process improvements.
