Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role with strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and regulations.
• Act as Clinical Lead when required and manage project resources across global studies.
• Develop monitoring strategies, RBM tools, and study management plans.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation and compliant workflows.
