Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for remote LATAM locations. You will head the monitoring team, partner with clinical and project leads, and drive delivery to sponsor expectations while optimizing speed, quality, and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

You will mentor staff, manage global resources, and develop analytics and RBM approaches. English fluency and strong leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Centralized Monitoring team and provide oversight on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IPs, risk, and mitigations.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; manage resources and project priorities.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools; monitor study metrics and trends.
• Support monitoring strategy development and attend client meetings.
• Ensure documentation quality and audit readiness through eTMF oversight.
