Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Supervisor, Capability Center Operations - Global Housing Operations to lead a team supporting U.S. mortgage servicing operations. You will oversee quality, productivity, SLAs, and employee development in a fast‑paced environment, partnering with leaders to manage workloads and drive improvements.

You will coach team members, analyze performance data, and communicate results to stakeholders while ensuring compliance and scalable growth for new portfolios and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading operational teams or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience managing productivity, quality, performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs in a processing/operations environment.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Team Leads and Processing Associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and drive key operational metrics (productivity, quality, turnaround times, SLAs).
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and career development conversations.
• Manage workload distribution and capacity to ensure timely delivery and client commitments.
• Analyze trends and performance data to identify risks and process improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to communicate results, challenges, and priorities.
• Lead change management initiatives and support growth through scalable operations.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
