Job summary

Jan De Nul is seeking an Import Export Administrator in Buenos Aires to manage customs import/export for vessels, equipment and materials. You will coordinate local freight, arrange securities and guarantees, and maintain precise records in line with Argentine customs rules.

The role requires a degree in International Trade or Logistics, plus experience with local procedures, fluent Spanish and English, and proficiency in MS Office. Based in our Buenos Aires office, Monday–Friday work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Experience with customs import and export procedures in Argentina.
• Good verbal and written Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handling the customs import and export administration for vessels, equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Coordinating local freight and transport from arrival to site delivery.
• Setting up customs securities, bank guarantees and insurances for temporary imports.
• Keeping complete records of goods, bank guarantees, and deadlines.
• Preparing and checking shipping and customs documents with brokers and forwarders.
