Newell Brands in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst to manage international trade operations, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with customs regulations, and coordination with brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams.

The role requires preparing invoices, packing lists, and origin certificates, tracking shipments end-to-end, and maintaining ERP records. A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related field.
• Experience in import/export operations and international logistics.
• Knowledge of Argentinian customs regulations, Incoterms, and non-tariff regulations.
• Experience working with customs brokers and logistics providers.
• Intermediate English and Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and follow up on import and export operations.
• Prepare and validate invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, licenses, and permits.
• Coordinate submission of documentation to customs brokers and logistics partners.
• Track shipments from origin to destination.
• Update databases, ERP records, and operational controls.
• Monitor performance of brokers and freight forwarders.
• Review supplier invoices and port-related costs.
• Prepare monthly accruals and cash flow updates.
• Support internal audits and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational deviations and escalate as needed.
