Newell Brands in Buenos Aires seeks a Foreign Trade Analyst to manage international trade operations, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant processing of imports and exports.

The role requires experience in import/export or international logistics, knowledge of Argentinian customs regulations, Incoterms, and strong Excel and SAP proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.
• Experience in import/export operations, international logistics, or customs.
• Knowledge of Argentinian customs regulations, Incoterms, and non-tariff regulations and restrictions.
• Experience working with customs brokers and logistics providers.
• Intermediate English.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and follow up on import and export operations.
• Prepare and validate invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, licenses, and permits.
• Coordinate the timely submission of documentation to customs brokers and logistics partners.
• Track shipments from origin to destination.
• Update databases, operational controls, and ERP records.
• Monitor the performance of customs brokers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
• Review supplier invoices, freight costs, port-related services, and duty payments.
• Prepare monthly accruals and cash flow updates related to foreign trade operations.
• Support internal audits and requirements from regulatory authorities.
• Identify operational deviations or data inconsistencies and escape them in a timely manner.
