Job summary

Jan De Nul Group is seeking a proactive Crew Administrator in Buenos Aires to support vessel operations. You will manage crew information, documentation, planning, and rotations to ensure compliant and timely staff changes.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers, coordinating travel, records, and certifications while maintaining high confidentiality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in crew administration or maritime operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken; able to communicate with international colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew changes, embarkation and disembarkation in line with rotation schedules.
• Maintain and update crew records, personnel files, databases, and documents.
• Monitor validity of certificates, medicals, licenses, passports, visas and other required documents.
• Coordinate travel logistics for crew, including flights, transfers and accommodation.
• Liaise with vessel management, HR, crewing teams, travel agencies and other stakeholders.
• Support crew planning and availability monitoring to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Prepare crew lists, rotation schedules, embarkation plans and reports.
• Process crew-related expenses and timesheets; ensure confidentiality.
