Jan De Nul Argentina is seeking a Travel Administrator to coordinate travel arrangements and personnel mobilization for local staff and expatriates in Buenos Aires. The role ensures efficient transportation, accommodation, and visa processes in alignment with company policies.

You will work with HQ Travel Department and external providers, handling itineraries, permits, and documentation, including immigration steps, to support project mobilizations and overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in administrative or operational roles involving travel coordination, mobility, or immigration procedures.
• Advanced English proficiency in writing and speaking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related productivity tools.

Responsabilités

• Arrange hotel and apartment accommodation for employees and crew in transit.
• Coordinate domestic and international flight bookings and itineraries.
• Arrange ground transportation and transfers between airports, ports, and vessels.
• Manage visas and work permit procedures with authorities.
• Monitor travel costs and approve supplier invoices with the Administration Department.
• Advise management on travel procedures, lead times, and costs for mobilizations.
