Virtustant is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Manager to work remotely with U.S.-based clients. You will guide new clients through our platform, conduct onboarding sessions, and build strong relationships by delivering tailored support and clear guidance on financial management processes.

The role emphasizes consultative communication, independent daily task management, and a four-week structured training program. Availability aligns with Pacific Time, Monday–Friday.

Competenze

• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong spoken English (C2).
• Experience communicating with U.S.-based clients and companies.
• Corporate or professional work experience beyond small local businesses.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Mansioni

• Conduct virtual onboarding sessions with new clients.
