Halter is seeking the first Territory Manager in Argentina to drive growth and customer success across the northwest region. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships, and travel regularly to meet targets.

As a hands-on, values-driven team member, you’ll collaborate with Product, Support, and regional teams to ensure Halter’s fencing technology meets farmer needs while expanding Halter’s footprint in the beef industry.

• Prospecting and expansion across a northwest Argentina territory.
• Hit sales targets by qualifying, demonstrating the product, and negotiating contracts.
• Manage post-sale relationships, onboarding, and ongoing customer success.
• Own territory relationships with agricultural groups and farmers.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and regional teams to share field insights.
• Travel frequently within the territory to engage customers and prospects.
