AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Sales Executive in Mar del Plata to prospect, develop, and close new client relationships for a US digital consultancy.

You will own the full client lifecycle—from lead generation and pitching to contract drafting and delivery handoff—managing a revenue quota across self-generated and growth accounts. The role requires US travel and representation at events and executive networking.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in consulting/product/project management/sales/client facing experience.
• Charismatic, personable with strong negotiation skills.
• Extremely self-motivated in a high-paced environment with energy.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to manage a monthly/yearly revenue quota.
• VISA/ESTA and ability to travel to the US.
