EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires seeks an experienced Assistant Director – C&E Manager to lead complex, pillar-wide initiatives and manage people. You will deliver high‑quality services to key stakeholders, including onshore directors, across verticals and segments.

Strong PM, governance and change management skills are essential for success. You will drive strategy programs, build partnerships with onshore groups via BMC, and ensure programs meet client needs while maximizing ROI.

Formación

Minimum 12+ years of corporate experience with 10+ years in core PM domain.
Experience managing end-to-end programs or portfolios.
Experience setting up program governance frameworks.
Experience creating and managing project artifacts (plans, RACI, risk registers).
Hands-on in traditional, agile and hybrid project management.
Experience with global programs and senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

Drive long-term strategy programs across various verticals.
Develop partnerships with Onshore stakeholder groups via BMC strategies.
Provide consultation and recommendations for plans and programs to meet client needs.
Perform program integration including resource, contract, reconciliation, and receivable management.
Plan cost management including budgets, cost control, and EV concepts.
Select, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
Drive or support negotiations with customers and manage conflicts.
Lead and model leadership, fostering an open communication culture and team goals.
Utilize technology to drive efficiency and contribute to business growth.
Identify risks and opportunities with senior leadership to maximize ROI.
Manage end-to-end program life cycle with governance and interdependencies.
