EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Marketing Program Coordinator to support Brand, Marketing and Communications across external digital platforms and internal channels in Argentina. You will help drive marketing campaigns, manage content distribution, and assist with events, focusing on stakeholder experience and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies or similar.
• 3–6 years’ experience in relevant work.
• Excellent communication skills – written, oral, engagement.
• Experience working with clients from different countries.
• Proven ability to manage complex processes and projects at a global level.
• High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work outside normal hours when required.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Technical skills: MS Office, IT database systems.
• Strong knowledge of technology and platforms including social media, web content management, data analytics, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign support: write promotional posts based on existing content.
• Post content on all marketing platforms (social media, website, intranet, Discover).
• Coordinate with BMC teams on content dissemination.
• Support reporting and overall status on campaign performance for leaders.
• Support Event marketing communication and logistics.
• Plan and execute high-impact employee engagement events and client activations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to bring events to life from conception to follow-ups.
• Manage budgets, vendor onboarding, invitations, and follow-ups.
